- At least MBA/MBM/Masters degree in any discipline with no 3rd class in academic records.
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ of banking experience with minimum 3 years experience as Branch Manager.
- Candidates started career with any Bank as Management Trainee/ Management Trainee Officer/ Probationary Officer will be given preference.
- Should have knowledge & skills in Branch Management, Branch Banking Operations and Business Development.
- Should have working experience in General Banking, Credit and Foreign Exchange.
- Highly committed to customer services.
- Leadership capability to manage and motivate staff.
- Well-connected in the Banking and business professional network.
- Good command over English language in both oral and written.
- IT savvy with MS Office operational knowledge & skills.
- Age preferably not exceeding 40 years.
