Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to provide customer service over the phone
- Answer incoming calls and handling callers' queries, complaints and requests
- Maintain high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the department/ organization
- Responsible to document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority
- Responsible to follow-up customer calls when necessary
- Support sales team by generating quality sales lead
- Coordinating with stakeholders for pending customer related issues and/or concerns
- Maintain a good or above rating in the performance scorecard

Educational Requirements
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in any discipline from reputed university with satisfactory academic track record
Additional Requirements
- No Experience required.
- Passionate about customer service
- Excellent inter personal skills along with adequate command over both English & Bengali language
- Competent in using MS Office applications
- Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure
- Ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
- Adequate computer knowledge
