Job Description / Responsibility
  • Serving customers in cash counters; receiving, payment & processing of cash / non-cash transactions
  • Ensure delightful customer experience at branches in terms of highest quality of service
  • Strict adherence of internal and external compliance guideline in transactions.
  • Meet the assigned business targets.
  • Caring attitude towards customers to assist them to achieve financial goals, to resolve problems
  • Building excellent customer relationship to contribute towards bank's vision to be the Best Bank for all.
